Please note that there are no co-controller entities processing data for the management of Users, Customers and Suppliers.

We do not process especially protected data.

All the data mentioned above was obtained directly from you through the presentation of a commercial offer, contractual proposal, etc. or through your company when providing us with identification data and other information needed for the purpose of the contractual relationship between the parties. You or your company must provide us with updated information if there are any changes. In the case of job candidates, we obtained your data through the presentation of your CV or via the services of a job search website. In this latter case, you authorised the data to be transmitted to our company by uploading your employment data to the job search website.

3. How long do we keep your data?

The personal data of individuals linked to potential customers, current customers or suppliers, which BODEGAS FEDERICO, S.L.U. gathers using various contact forms and/or information forms will be kept as long as the interested party does not request their erasure. The data provided by our customers and suppliers will be kept as long as a business relationship exists between the parties, respecting the legal minimum periods for keeping such information.
